We are looking for someone to fill our Technical/UX Writer position and join our team! We’re seeking someone passionate about user experience, capable of creating useful and easy-to-understand content that enhances our customers’ journey.

What will you do?

• Write support tutorials and technical documentation to address the main questions of our users;
• Create textual elements within our products that promote user interaction;
• Optimize communication processes, ensuring information is simple and practical;
• Translate content into Portuguese and English;
• Collaborate in the creation and implementation of usability tests to validate and optimize products.

What are we looking for?

• Knowledge of English (essential) and Spanish (preferred);
• Ability to think critically and simplify complex topics;
• Experience in technical writing and UX Writing, with a desire to improve user experience;
• Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to work in a team;
• Proactivity in suggesting improvements and collaborating on usability projects;
• Curiosity to continuously learn about our products and customer needs.
