We are looking for an IT Tech who is curious, dynamic, and ready to tackle day-to-day challenges, from internal technical issues to supporting our customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Support

• Provide internal technical support to resolve hardware and software issues;
• Respond to service requests and incidents reported by colleagues.

2. Installation and Configuration

• Install and configure hardware, software, and peripherals;
• Set up user accounts and profiles.

3. System Maintenance

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on internal equipment;
• Update operating systems and software to ensure security and performance.

4. IT Inventory Management

• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware and software;
• Contribute to managing the IT asset lifecycle, including providing informed recommendations on procurement, maintenance, and disposal.

5. Training and User Support

• Train colleagues on the use of systems and software;
• Create and maintain support documentation and guides.

6. IT Security

• Implement and maintain basic security measures such as antivirus and firewalls;
• Ensure users comply with information security policies.

7. Customer Technical Support

• Support customer technical needs, including data imports and information organization.

Minimum Requirements

• Technical or vocational qualification in IT (equivalent to high school level);
• Good level of English (written and spoken).
